Let's dive into all the things together - nutrition, fitness, stress management and mindset shifting
Let's begin this program with where we are now and what goals we are looking towards. Weekly group check ins, meetings, challenges and motivation Mondays are all included in this program.
Let's focus on our mental health, physical health and to encourage each other to push ourselves out of our comfort zones. Be prepared to be supported and encouraged and ready to get a little comfortable with the uncomfortable as we dive into stress management, nutrition for hormone imbalances, fitness goals for our ever changing bodies, and a definite good time.
This program will begin June 26th and run for 6 weeks. We will meet virtually on Wednesdays at 4:30 MST for 45 minutes. Can't wait to see you there!!

This program is designed to get you in shape this summer. Grab a friend or two ( sometimes the extra accountability is nice to have and it's more fun to do with a buddy) and let's dive into fitness and nutrition to attain those goals you are striving for.
This program includes weekly online fitness coaching as well as nutrition coaching. You can choose up to three days a week of fitness training! The nutrition piece will be based on your needs and will include a Habit stacking protocol that we will build on each week
This is a three month program as it takes time to build new habits and to build muscle and change your body composition.
Keep in mind this a time and energy commitment to yourself. This program is a minimum commitment of 3 months as creating lifestyle lasting changes take time. No refunds.
Initial 60 minute health history session- let's get to know each other and what your goals! This package includes weekly virtual or in person sessions lasting about 60 min. During these sessions we will set attainable goals based on your bio individual needs, as well as customized workout programs and nutrition coaching . Closing 45 minute session.
What is working with a health coach like?
Not sure working with a health and wellness coach is for you? Try this one-month program to test the waters!
This program will consist of less in-depth healthy history session and includes three 45-minute virtual or in person sessions (once a week for three weeks). Sessions will include setting attainable goals based on your bio individual needs. This program does not include workout programs but can include nutritional coaching!
